By using our website and / or purchasing Cybersizzle you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, unless we have agreed otherwise and that is confirmed in writing.

01) If goods are supplied prior to full payment being received, they remain the property of the business until Payment is made in Full.
02) We reserve the right to refuse to supply any goods.
03) Your details will be stored in a secure computer system according to the terms of the Data Protection Act 1984.
04) Please allow 14/21 days for delivery. The delivery charge will depend on the weight of goods ordered, the country you live in and the postal service that you selected whilst placing your order.
05) We are able to take payment by Paypal, Visa and Mastercard (Debit or Credit), by Cheque & Postal order (made payable to K J Torrey).
06) We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
07) All products and services (if applicable), are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled (for any reason) you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
08) Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your goods. We will take all reasonable care, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, however in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site. We recommend that any computer you use to place orders has up to date anti-virus & firewall applications installed.
09) Your name, address and other details are supplied to enable us to provide you with an efficient service, but WILL NOT be passed to ANY third parties, without your express permission.
10) If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused portion or complete pack within 21 28 days of the despatch date. You will need to enclose a copy of your receipt / invoice in the return package.
11) Refunds relating to product a return will take between 14 & 28 days and not include shipping charges.
12) Claims for damage and non-delivery must be made within 14 days of despatch confirmation being sent (21 days for non-uk destinations).
13) You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of any returned items.
14) We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
15) These Terms and Conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
16) All Information regarding increased performance and or fuel mileage has been obtained by our own and other motorists experience. NO Guarantees are given or Claims made as part of our supply of Cybersizzle. All vehicles will see different results which depend of their age engine size, fuel type and other factors. If you are not satisfied please refer to the refund information above.
